About The Event
The Cedar Park Rodeo presented by Michelob Ultra returns to H-E-B Center at Cedar Park the weekend of August 8-9, 2025. This local family tradition features two evenings of professional rodeo events including bare back riding, saddle bronc riding, bull riding, calf roping, steer wrestling, girls barrel racing, girls breakaway roping, team roping, and the fan favorites mutton busting and frisbee dogs!
Tickets go on sale Tuesday, April 22 at 10am at Ticketmaster.com and the H-E-B Center box office. Special early bird pricing is available through Memorial Day! A portion of the proceeds benefits the Sammy Wallace Memorial Foundation.
Due to popular demand, fans can enjoy additional mutton bustin’ competitions during the rodeo each night and during a special pre-rodeo competition with happy hour Saturday night.
The Cedar Park Rodeo is sanctioned by the Cowboys Pro Rodeo Association (CPRA) and the United Professional Rodeo Association (UPRA).

Due to popular demand, the Cedar Park Rodeo presented by Michelob Ultra has added more mutton bustin’ for your enjoyment, August 8-9!
Friday Night - 10 slots are available for mutton bustin' during the rodeo event Friday. Doors open at 6:30pm on Friday to get a chance to sign up your child on the concourse.
Saturday night - Doors open early (5:30pm) for pre-show mutton busting. There is a maximum of 65 contestants during the pre-show round and 10 additional slots will be available for a round of mutton bustin' during the show. Happy Hour Special (5:30pm-6:30pm Saturday); $5 domestics (16 oz).
HOW TO SIGN UP - Contestants must sign up at the venue the night of the event when doors open at the designated table on the main concourse! Contestant weight limit is no more than 55 lbs. Registration is $35 per contestant.

H-E-B Center at Cedar Park features more than 2,600 parking spaces on its property, including parking for patrons with disabilities located in Lots B, F, G. Prices for parking vary by event and parking is CREDIT CARD ONLY. Parking is available for a discount rate when purchased in advance, which can be found below and at Ticketmaster.com for most events.

$35 - Premium Lot B adjacent to East main entrance (limited availability)*
$40 - Premium Circle Lot located in front of the East main entrance (limited availability)*

VENDOR INFO & APPLICATION
Booth vendor applications (non-food) are being accepted for a concourse showcase during both days of Cedar Park Rodeo on August 8-9, 2025
- Limited spaces are available and will be booked on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Vendors requesting both days of the rodeo will receive priority.
- Vendor booth sizes are a 10'x10' space. Additional space may be considered for approval closer to event day if space permits. Please indicate in the additional notes section if you require additional space.
- THIS IS AN INDOOR RODEO. Trailers and tents are NOT permitted inside the venue.
- H-E-B Center is a CASHLESS VENUE and we ask that all event vendors NOT accept cash as a method of payment. Thank you for your cooperation.
To apply, please complete the Vendor Application above. If accepted, a Release of Liability and invoice will be sent to the email address provided once the deadline has passed. For further questions, please contact events@hebcenter.com. Deadline for applications is July 18, 2025.

It is H-E-B Center policy that every person entering the building must go through a security screening process. Please arrive early to allow for this process.
H-E-B Center enforces a NO re-entry policy. Once you exit the building, you will not be allowed back into the building.
CASHLESS VENUE
All major credit/debit card and Apple Pay are accepted in the venue. Please note, Apple Pay is currently not accepted at the box office or in the parking lots.
BAG POLICY
