A

ADA Accessibility

H-E-B Center at Cedar Park has Accessible seating options on both levels of the venue. This seating can be purchased online at www.ticketmaster.com, over the phone by calling (512)600-5001 or by visiting the venue’s box office.

H-E-B Center offers wheelchair service for guests who may need assistance to and from entrances and/or seats. Please contact a Guest Services representative for assistance. Wheelchair assistance is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the limited number of wheelchairs available, they may not be borrowed or rented as seating during an event. If wheelchair assistance is necessary during an event, please notify the nearest staff member.

Assisted Listening Devices (ALD) may be checked out, free of charge, on a first come, first served basis, at the Guest Services Desk located behind Section 121. A valid I.D. is required to ensure the return of equipment. 

Administration Offices

SMG and Texas Stars Hockey Club offices are located inside H-E-B Center. During normal business hours you can enter the facility via the North Plaza entrance doors and follow the signs to the reception desk on the 2nd floor. Austin Spurs administration offices are located at 13581 Pond Springs Rd Ste. 108. Austin, TX 78729.

Admission

All guests entering H-E-B Center must have a valid event ticket to gain admission. For most events, including Texas Stars and Austin Spurs games, children under 2 years of age may enter the venue free of charge, providing that he/she sits on the lap of a parent or guardian. Guests should retain their ticket stubs in order to verify proper seat locations. Please sit only in your seat, as designated by the ticket, to avoid inconvenience to others.

AED (Automated External Defibrillator) Locations

An AED is a device used to administer an electric shock through the chest wall of the heart. A built in computer assesses the patient's heart rhythm, judges whether defibrillation is needed and then administers the shock. Audible and / or visual prompts guide the user through the process.

An AED machine is located on the main concourse at the Guest Services Desk behind Section 121, in First Aid behind Section 109, and on the suite level in the northwest and southeast corners. These portable models allow non-medical personnel to respond to a medical emergency where defibrillation is required.

Airport

Austin–Bergstrom International Airport is the closest commercial airport and is located south of H-E-B Center by 30 miles. It is located at 3600 Presidential Blvd, Austin, TX 78719. For ground transportation information, visit http://www.austintexas.gov/airport. 

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol is sold only to guests 21 years of age and older, with proper identification. There is a two (2) drink maximum per purchase per person. During Texas Stars games all alcohol sales will be terminated at the beginning of the 3rd period. During Austin Spurs games all alcohol sales will be terminated at the beginning of the 4th quarter. The cut off for alcohol sales will not change in the event of overtime during any sporting event. For other events, the termination of alcohol sales will be determined on an event-by-event basis, by the H-E-B Center and RS3 team.

All guests should consume alcohol responsibly: any guest who appears intoxicated may be denied entry or ejected.  Any person under the age of 21 who is in possession of alcoholic beverages regardless of how they obtained the beverages is subject to ejection without refund and arrest.

Animals

Animals are not permitted in H-E-B Center, with the exception of trained service animals or promotional nights. If you have further questions regarding animals in the venue, please contact us at 512-600-5000.

Assisted Listening Devices

Assisted Listening Devices (ALD) may be checked out, free of charge, at the Guest Services Desk located behind Section 121. A valid I.D. is required to ensure the return of equipment.

ATMs (Automated Teller Machine)

For your convenience, H-E-B Center has two (2) Plain's Capital Bank ATMs located on the main concourse behind Section 122 and 102. There are also two (2) UFCU ATMs located behind sections 116 and 108.

Baby Changing Stations

Baby changing stations are located throughout the venue in various men's, women's and all family restrooms.

Backstage Passes

Backstage passes are not available for sale. Passes are usually only provided by artist management or fan clubs to select recipients. H-E-B Center personnel cannot provide or sell backstage passes and are prohibited from providing any tour personnel information.

Bag Check

All bags entering H-E-B Center will be searched.
 

Banners, Signs and Noisemakers

Hand-held banners and signs, no larger than 22” x 28,” are allowed at H-E-B Center for Texas Stars and Austin Spurs and must remain in the guest’s possession at all times. Banners or signs may not be placed on the ice or court, be commercial in nature, obscene or cause any disturbance to other guests. Poles to display banners or flags are prohibited. Banners and signs may not obstruct the view of other guests or obstruct building signage. Management reserves the right to remove any banner or sign without exception or change this policy at any time.

For all other events at H-E-B Center, such as concerts and family shows, the use and size of banners and signs will be at the discretion of the event organizer. Please contact H-E-B Center guest services at 512-600-5154 two hours before show time for specific details.

Guests may not bring artificial noisemakers of any type to H-E-B Center events.  For Texas Stars games the team has determined that all noisemakers except for cowbells are prohibited.  Patrons will be allowed to bring in one (1) cowbell per person.  Cowbell size will be restricted to 8” in length and H-E-B Center Security will utilize this size restriction when determining if cowbells will be allowed into the arena.  Guests using cowbells should be courteous to other fans and not detract from their enjoyment of the game.

Box Office

The H-E-B Center Box Office is located on the northeast side of the arena near the East main entrance doors. The Box Office hours of operations are as follows:

Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm
Saturday (Non-Event Day) Noon to 3:00 PM
Saturday (Event Day) Noon to approximately one hour after the start of the event (depending on the event)
Sunday (Non-Event Day) Closed
Sunday (Event Day) Opens at noon or two hours prior to event time, whichever is earlier.

Cameras and Recording Devices

Camera/Video Policy for Concerts and Family Events (Non-Texas Stars/Austin Spurs events):

The use of "non-professional" (i.e. detachable lens) still cameras during concerts and other events hosted at the venue will be determined on an event-by-event basis. Please contact H-E-B Center at Cedar Park at 512-600-5000 on show day with any event specific questions.

Video cameras are not permitted in H-E-B Center at Cedar Park, with the exception of working media with approved credentials. This includes but is not limited to GoPros.
Tripods and camera stands of any size or dimension (including selfie-sticks) are also not permitted inside the venue, with the exception of working media with approved credentials.

H-E-B Center at Cedar Park management reserves the right to ask the patron to take the camera back to their car should the camera, or the process of using the camera, obscure, block or interfere with another patron during an event.

Non-flash, still photography is permitted for personal use only at Texas Stars games. Any other use, distribution, or commercial use, including use for portfolio purposes, is prohibited. Fans may not distribute any copyrighted game information or protected likenesses without proper permission.

Any camera stand of any size or dimension (including selfie-sticks) will not be allowed inside the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park unless they are approved media with proper credentials.

Video cameras are not permitted in H-E-B Center at Cedar Park during Texas Stars games, with the exception of working media with approved credentials. This includes but is not limited to GoPros.

H-E-B Center at Cedar Park management reserves the right to ask the patron to take the camera back to their car should the camera, or the process of using the camera, obscure, block or interfere with another patron’s experience during the game.

Camera/Video Policy at Austin Spurs Games:

Non-professional (i.e. detachable lens) still photo cameras are permitted provided that the camera lens is no larger than 5 inches, fully expanded. 

Any camera stand of any size or dimension (including selfie-sticks) will not be allowed inside H-E-B Center at Cedar Park except for approved working media with proper credentials.

Cancellation and Postponed Events

In the rare occasion that an event at H-E-B Center is postponed or cancelled, please visit www.hebcenter.com, @hebcenter on social media or call 512-600-5000 for updates specific to the event. In most cases, refunds will be available at the point of purchase.

Cell Phones

Mobile phones are permitted for most events provided their use does not prevent other guests from enjoying the event. The use of camera and video functions may also be restricted if requested by event management. We encourage you to place your phone in vibrate mode upon entry to H-E-B Center.

Club Seats

H-E-B Center features Club seats in sections 106 and 107 with spectacular sightlines and extra-wide seats and easy access to the Miller Coors Club Lounge. 

FOR TEXAS STARS CLUB TICKET HOLDERS ONLY:
Texas Stars Club ticket holders receive in-seat service during games, VIP access to the Miller Coors Club Lounge, and access to pre-event buffets for Texas Stars games. On a season basis, Club seat ticket holders receive right of first refusal to purchase tickets for other H-E-B Center events, free VIP Texas Stars parking in lot B, and many other benefits. Coat Check

H-E-B Center does not provide an area to check coats or personal belongings, with the exception of strollers and infant carriers (visit guest services outside section 121). H-E-B Center is not responsible for any property that is lost, stolen, or damaged.

Door Time

For most events, doors open 60 minutes prior to the event start time. This may vary by event. For specific information, please contact H-E-B Center at 512-600-5000 or visit the specific event page of our website for more information.

Drones

For the safety of our guests and visitors, the operation of drones, unmanned aircraft and remote controlled aircraft on H-E-B Center property is strictly prohibited without the advance written consent of management. Violators may be subject to civil and criminal penalties.

Drop Off and Pick Up Location

The designated drop-off area for guests is located in front of the South entrance doors. Guests can access the drop off area by entering off of New Hope Road and turning right into parking lot B. Busses and limos can drop off and pick up at the North entrance doors. The North drop off location can be accessed by entering off of New Hope Road and turning right between lots F and G.

E

Elevators

H-E-B Center at Cedar Park features three (3) elevators. One is located at the South Plaza entry vestibule, one at North Plaza entry vestibule, and another in the Southeast corner of the main concourse behind Section 103. All three elevators have service to the At Home suite & loge level of the facility.

Entrances

H-E-B Center features three (3) primary entrances. The main entrance on the East side of the facility near the Box Office, North Plaza in the northwest corner of the facility, and the South Plaza in the southwest corner of the facility. Please note that the North and South Plaza doors may not be open for every event, depending on the event. Signage will direct guests to the East doors in this case.

Emergency Evacuation

In the event of an emergency where evacuation of the building is necessary, you will be informed via public address announcement and scoreboard message to do so.  Please remain calm and walk towards the nearest exit. Follow posted signs, staff instructions, and listen for announcements for specific information.  If you become separated from your party, the general meeting area for patrons is the north berm farthest from the building.  In the instance of severe weather or other outside threats, you will be directed via public address announcement to remain inside the building and staff will direct you where it is safe to seek shelter.

F

First Aid

For your safety, H-E-B Center has professionally trained emergency personnel on site for all events. The First Aid station is located outside Section 109 on the main level , inside the South entrance foyer. In the event of an emergency, please go to the first available H-E-B Center representative for assistance.

Food and Beverage

With food and beverage locations throughout the arena, all guests can enjoy a range of menu offerings from local flair to international influence. Choose from six different concession storefronts, lower and upper level bars, and multiple portable carts with items ranging from specialty hot dogs with unique toppings to gourmet flatbreads to home-style diner cuisine to your Tex-Mex favorites. There’s something for everyone at the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park!

During Texas Stars games, club seat, glass seat and suite holders also receive exclusive access to the Miller-Coors Club Lounge, where Executive Chefs prepare a special menu for each game. Some examples might include Hand-Carved Smoked Beef Brisket or Turkey, Smoked Chicken Tacos with Chipotle Salsa, or heart-healthy items like Grilled Chicken Salad with House-Made Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing or Steamed Mahi-Mahi with Fire-Roasted Vegetables and Cilantro Rice.

On the second level, fans can also visit the Leinie Lodge and Rebecca Creek Lounge with a great view of the action on the ice! We offer an extensive list of liqueurs, wines, beverages. Leinie Lodge also includes dinner and dessert offerings.

The luxury suites at H-E-B Center at Cedar Park contain an outstanding view of the arena floor, where suite holders and their guests can savor specialties from our RESTAURANT-LIKE SUITE MENU with personalized service.

General Admission / GA Floor

General admission tickets can be purchased for select H-E-B Center events, either in the bowl seating or on the floor on a first-come, first-served basis. General admission on the floor is standing room only as there are no seats. Guests with GA Floor tickets must enter between sections 121 & 122 or 102 & 103. Guests wishing to arrive early are encouraged to line-up no earlier than four (4) hours before event time. Doors will open at the same time for all guests. After entering the building, all guests with GA Floor tickets will receive a wristband to access the floor and will be directed to select section entrances which have access to the floor.

Group Sales

Specific shows and events allow group discounts at the permission of the event organizer. The number that is considered to be a group varies on a show by show basis. If you are interested in a specific show, please visit the Group Sales and Special Offers page of our website for more information including a listing of all shows with group discounts.

Guest Code of Conduct

For the benefit and enjoyment of everyone in attendance, we would like to explain the Guest Code of Conduct:

6) Guests wearing clothing with language or graphics that may be deemed offensive by other guests may be denied entry into, or ejected from the arena without refund. Clothing that reveals parts of a guest’s body that may be offensive to other guests may also be denied entry or ejected from the arena without refund. At no time may a guest remove their shirt inside the arena.

7) Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are prohibited in H-E-B Center. Guests may smoke or use e-cigarettes in designated smoking areas.

8) Guests attempting to enter the arena without a valid ticket or occupying a seat for which they do not hold a ticket will be ejected without refund.

9) Any guest encountering difficulties with any other guest is encouraged to notify any representative of H-E-B Center. Guest Services is located on the concourse behind section 121.

10) All bags and backpacks are subject to inspection and any prohibited items will be thrown away or must be returned to the guest’s vehicle.  Prohibited items include but are not limited to: weapons and objects that may be used as weapons (i.e. bats, sticks, rocks); laser pointers; air horns; noisemakers; laptop computers; wrapped gifts; oversized bags; confetti, streamers; outside food and beverage; cans, bottles, alcohol, and coolers; professional cameras (exceptions apply – see Camera & Video devices section); video recording devices (i.e. GoPro);  tripods and camera stands of any size or dimension (including selfie-sticks); closed knives larger than 3”; cowbells larger than 8” in length; explosives or explosive devices including, but not limited to, fireworks, poppers, cap guns; alcoholic beverages; helium balloons, and inflatable balls; illicit/illegal drugs.

11) Outside food and beverage containers are prohibited with the exception of guests with medical conditions or small children. Small snacks and bottled water are permitted in those instances and are subject to security approval.

12) The photography policy for all events is determined by the individual event promoter or tour and varies by event.  See the Camera & Recording Devices section of the A to Z guide for complete details. 

13) Strollers and baby carriers are permitted but must be checked-in at Guest Services located behind section 121.

14) Guests are not allowed to sell tickets or unlicensed merchandise on H-E-B Center property.

15) Guests interfering with the progress of an event, throwing items within the arena, attempting to distract event participants with a laser pointer, light, or any other item are subject to ejection and arrest.

Handouts / Flyers / Promotional Sampling

The distribution of promotional items, samples, handbills, flyers, pamphlets, printed materials, as well as the solicitation of signatures, is not permitted on H-E-B Center property without prior written authorization from H-E-B Center. Please contact [email protected] for inquiries.

Hotels

Cedar Park currently has six hotels within two miles of H-E-B Center. Please visit the Plan Your Visit section of our website for more information about local hotels and restaurants.

Housekeeping

Guests may contact the nearest guest services representative if there is a spill or a housekeeping concern during an event.

L

Lost and Found

During an event, lost and found is located at the Guest Services desk behind Section 121. If you think you lost an item during an event, inquires can be made by calling 512-600-5000 the following business day. Messages left at this extension will be returned by a member of the H-E-B Center team.

Lost Children or Companions

Lost children should be escorted to the nearest H-E-B Center team member. In the event that you become separated from your child or a member of your party, you will also want to contact the nearest team member for assistance.

M

Masks

For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, masks may not be worn while in attendance of any H-E-B Center event, with the exception of specific promotional nights for the Texas Stars and Austin Spurs. 

Meet & Greets

H-E-B Center does not process meet and greet requests. Please contact the individual artist or team through their website or visit the individual event page for information on the artist’ VIP package opportunities.

Meeting Space

Parking

H-E-B Center features more than 2,600 parking spaces on its property, including parking for guests with disabilities located in Lots B, F, G, and Valet. Parking for all events is cash only and parking prices may vary by event. Parking is included in the price of the ticket for Texas Stars hockey games. Pre-Sale opportunities will be announced to H-E-B Center All Access Pass e-newsletter subscribers (SIGN UP). Promoter and artist fan club members will also be made aware through their respective websites, e-newsletter and social media channels.

Re-Entry

H-E-B Center enforces a re-entry policy, meaning that guests that exit the building must have their ticket scanned out and re-scanned for re-entry.

Restrooms

H-E-B Center offers ample men's, women's, and family restrooms on both levels of the facility, all of which are accessible to persons with disabilities. Baby changing stations are located in most men's and women's restrooms and all family restrooms.

Security

H-E-B Center staffs both in-house private security and off-duty Cedar Park police officers to provide security before, during, and after events. Depending on the current Homeland Security National Threat Advisory, H-E-B Center will base event security upon that level along with the performer's security rider.

Smoking Policy

There are several designated areas at H-E-B Center for smoking that include: the outside patio of the Bud Light Lounge (next to the East main entrance doors), outside of the North and South Plaza entrance doors on the main level, and on the balconies in the northwest and southwest corners of the suite level. The use of E-cigarettes and any smoking paraphernalia is prohibited inside H-E-B Center.

Standing Room Only Tickets

Some events will permit the sale of Standing Room Only tickets.  These tickets include but are not limited to general admission loge level areas.  These tickets do not include a seat; therefore, guests will be required to stand in the vicinity allowed depending on the ticket purchased.

Strollers

Strollers are not permitted inside the seating area at any time. If necessary, strollers may be checked in at the Guest Services Desk behind Section 121 upon entering the facility. H-E-B Center is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged strollers.

Suites

Experience VIP treatment during events at H-E-B Center in any of our luxury suites serving groups of 16-70 people. Suite purchases include VIP Parking, suite concierge and access to a wide variety of food and beverage options. Suites are available annually for all events or can be rented on an event-by-event bases pending availability. Please visit the Suites page for more information.

Taxi / Car Services

Taxi and car service drop-off and pick-up locations are limited to the South Entrance doors and can be accessed via New Hope Road and the B parking lot. Limos must drop off and pick up at the North Entrance Doors and can be accessed via New Hope Road and parking lots F/G.

PARKING MAP

Tailgating

Tailgating is allowed at H-E-B Center as long as it is kept within the confines of your designated parking spot. Please be courteous and clean-up any mess.

Telephones

A telephone is available at no charge at the Guest Services Desk behind Section 121 on the main concourse.

Tickets

Tickets for H-E-B Center events can be purchased online at www.Ticketmaster.com, at the Box Office or by calling Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000. Ticketmaster is the only authorized ticket-selling agent of H-E-B Center. H-E-B Center is not responsible for the authenticity of tickets obtained through any other source. H-E-B Center will not honor counterfeit or other invalid tickets.

For most events, children under 2 years of age may enter the center free of charge, providing that he or she sits on the lap of a parent or guardian. Guests 2 years of age and older must have a ticket to enter the center.

Accessible water fountains are available on the main concourse behind Section 103 and Section 120

Wheelchair Escorts

H-E-B Center offers wheelchair service for guests who may need assistance to and from entrances and/or seats. Please contact a Guest Services representative for assistance. Wheelchair assistance is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the limited number of wheelchairs available, they may not be borrowed or rented as seating during an event. If wheelchair assistance is necessary during an event, please notify the nearest staff member.

Wheelchair Storage

For guests who wish to transfer to a seat from their wheelchair, H-E-B Center will store your wheelchair at Guest Services. Our staff will make arrangements at time of retrieval to return the wheelchair to you at the end of the event, or any other preferable time.

Will Call

Tickets for events at H-E-B Center may be picked up at Will Call during normal box office hours of operation and on event days. Please bring a valid photo ID along with the credit card used to purchase the tickets.

No password/passcode is required to connect.

Users will be automatically redirected to a browser where existing Spectrum customers can sign in to use the service, or users can choose “Guest” and get one hour of FREE Internet access with the option to purchase additional time.
