All H-E-B Center events are subject to State of Texas and local government guidelines for helping the community stay safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. We care greatly about our community's health and safety and as the State of Texas continues to reopen, we are preparing to welcome fans back to a fun and safe experience. 

All events at H-E-B Center at Cedar Park will include activation of ASM Global’s “Venue Shield”– an advanced environmental hygiene protocol that will also be deployed in more than 325 ASM facilities around the world. ASM Global, which manages H-E-B Center at Cedar Park, is the world’s leading venue management and services company. Venue Shield reduces physical touch points, increases venue sanitization and cleanliness, and provides various health monitoring guidelines and services. INFORMATION ON POSTPONED & CANCELLED EVENTS
We have and will continue to reach out to our guests with event status updates. Any event updates will also continue to be posted at www.hebcenter.com, sent out via our All Access Pass e-newsletter and posted @hebcenter on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

• POSTPONED EVENTS - All tickets with the original event dates will be valid for the new show date. Refunds will be available at point of purchase for 30 days after the new date is announced. For postponed events with a new date yet to be determined, refunds are available at anytime. For further questions, please contact the H-E-B Center box office at 512-600-5001. 
• CANCELLED EVENTS - Refunds are available at point of purchase. Credit card purchasers through Ticketmaster.com will receive automatic refunds. Due to the high volume of event cancellations nationwide, this process may take longer than normal. Please allow for up to 30 days to see a refund. Box office purchasers must return to the H-E-B Center box office to receive a refund. For additional questions, call the H-E-B Center box office at 512-600-5001.
